Description
Dried grapes can be green, black, brown, purple and yellow depending on the grape variety. They have a thin, wrinkled skin due to the dehydration process from either being artificially dehydrated or sun-dried. The texture is chewy and may sometimes have a bit of grittiness to it when sugars have crystalized.
